Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dia Amore Jewellery. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following policy.
01. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

All original packaging, certificates, and branded boxes must be included.

A valid proof of purchase is required.
Important: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
02. Non-Returnable Items
Please note, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or personalised jewellery

Items marked as final sale or clearance

Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
03. How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.

You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Dia Amore Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
04. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or shipped in error.

You will be notified once your refund has been processed.
05. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Please follow the return instructions outlined above.

Once your returned item is received and approved, your exchange will be shipped (subject to availability).

If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference before dispatch.
06. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect:

Include clear photos of the item and describe the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return postage costs if applicable.
