Our Policies

Online Return/Exchange Policy

     Due to the nature of online shopping, we understand that products may need to be returned. Because of this, any item purchased online through our website may be returned within 10 days from when the customer has received the item as long as the item has not been damaged. Customers may exchange an item within 30 days from when the customer has received the item as long as the items have not been damaged. The customer may pay for the return label. Any item purchased online with an issue from our end will be fixed or replaced.

 

     Items purchased online may be returned through mail or can be returned in-store by visiting us in our physical location. Items must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unaltered, has not been sized).

     Returns will not be accepted on any custom made items, special orders, or any items that the customer requested we alter.
